   This is a very informative video, thank you very much. I’ve been a tea drinker all my life, but only PG Tips, which is my favourite standard tea. I’ve experimented with more exotic teas, such as green and white teas, but I find they don’t provide the same level of comfort as good old PG Tips!

    If I were to make green tea and poor it into a large container (approx. half a gallon),
    leave it in the fridge to let it cool and drink it throughout the day and the next (i don’t think i would be able to finish that much fluid in one day)
    —> would it still have the same benefits cold as it would warm?
